Chairman Kevin KoesterKevin is a lifelong resident of Lava Hot Springs. He has been married to his wife Pam since 1972. The have 3 kids and 7 grand kinds. They own and operate a cow calf operation along with a small grain farm, where they produce wheat and barley. They switched to direct seed about 15 years ago and have never looked back. Kevin has been involved with conservation for over 30 years both with practices on the ground as well as leadership at local, state, and national levels.

Vise-Chairman Scott HendersonScott resides in Swan Lake with his wife Diane and together they have one son. He is a long time grain and livestock producer and an advocate for conservation in the Swan Lake area. He is a transitioning no-till farmer and is currently experimenting with Cover Crops. He has been involved with the Portneuf SWCD for over 10 years.
